Folsom Streetscape Improvements

The work is located along Folsom Street, from 2nd Street to Spear Street, in San Francisco, and is a major City artery connecting to 2 on-ramps for the San Francisco Bay Bridge.

The primary scope of work included relocation and adjustment of various water facilities (i.e. storm water, fire water inground systems, portable water), televising, cleaning, removing obstructions and lining existing 3’x5’ brick sewer with cured-in-place liner and mortaring existing 3’x5’ brick sewers and manholes. Construct new cast-in-place and/or precast manholes., upgrades to the City’s Auxiliary Water Supply System and the replacement of culverts.

Additionally, pavement renovation, curb ramp construction, hazardous material removal and off-haul,
landscaping and green infrastructure including trees, benches, bike racks and furnishing and installing poles, conduits, pull boxes, wiring, fixtures, outlets, mounting assemblies, and cable for new street lighting and traffic signals.
